Tamara is a principal consultant with Bridge Innovate. Her experience in design thinking is broad. Tamara has completed certification with IDEO's design thinking methodology through ExperiencePoint and serves as a design thinking coach on numerous design thinking transformations. From leading design thinking Hackathons to design coaching for economic growth, she has a proven consulting and innovation track record.

Tamara is an expert in knowledge curation, assisting clients to form new perspectives and insights to shape future visions and strategies. Tamara's knowledge as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and her years of experience with Ernst & Young management consulting provides a natural foundation for guiding clients through transformation and Prototype, Iteration, and Testing (PIT) using agile approaches.

In addition, Tamara has assisted many clients by translating regulatory language into clear and focused communications. She has expertise in several healthcare regulatory programs and has written summaries of final rules that have been distributed regionally by the Healthcare Association of New York State (HANYS) and nationally by DataGen. She was the keynote speaker at the Missouri Hospital Association Meaningful Use Symposium to discuss the Electronic Health Record Certification proposed rules released by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid.

Tamara’s recent clients include Unum, McKesson, Boston Children’s Hospital, Albany Medical Center, Healthcare Association of New York State, Lyndhurst Foundation, and Cargill.

Tamara’s previous work experience includes serving as an Assistant Director and Manager in the Health Care Consulting practice of Ernst & Young LLP in Boston. During her tenure with Ernst & Young, Tamara helped clients at academic medical centers with health information technology strategy and implementation.

In addition to her work with Bridge Innovate, Tamara is Principal of Cadence Creative, a certified Women-owned Business Enterprise (WBE) in Albany, New York. Cadence provides a diverse range of professional services from information technology strategy and design, to stakeholder design sessions, to project and program management.

Tamara holds an MBA from the Lally School of Management and Technology at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science from Clarkson University. Tamara is currently a candidate in the Master of English program at the University at Albany. She and her family reside outside of Albany, New York.
