Meet Our Founder
Jenny Whitener brings a wealth of experience as a former member of Ernst & Young’s global leadership team, where she led knowledge, learning, and methods innovation worldwide as well as talent development for the U.S Firm. Her expertise extends to architecting leadership development capabilities for major U.S. organizations, including Prudential Health Care and Kaiser Permanente.
