Ryan Rhodes

Client Services Manager

Ryan serves as Client Services Manager for Bridge Innovate. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring all projects, timelines, and actions are completed in a manner that meets quality and business objectives. He is also tasked with coordinating the business development outreach to deepen company relationships and drive sales. Overall, he is employed to ensure the success of Bridge’s current clients and projects, as well as foster the continued growth of the company through growing and maintaining relationships.

Formerly, Ryan worked as the General Manager of a locally-owned and operated window washing company – True Shine. In this role, he was responsible for running nearly all aspects of the business, and over the course of four years was able to nearly double the annual revenue of the company. He graduated from Covenant College with summa cum laude honors, majoring in Biblical and Theological Studies with a minor in Community Development.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his family. They enjoy reading, dining around town, and especially love traveling as far and wide as they are able. He is an avid sports fan, and a local middle school basketball coach. He enjoys exercising, particularly doing so by playing basketball and soccer with his friends.
