From keynote speeches to leader consultation and innovation facilitation, Marvin guides leaders, staff, and organizations in tackling some of their most pressing challenges in a rapidly changing business environment. 

Marvin has held various senior executive roles with multinational companies and served as a government relations executive to national not-for-profit organizations in both Washington D.C. and Florida. Marvin earned his B.A. from the University of Miami and an MBA from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH. Marvin enjoys his spare time reading, traveling to new places, and volunteering his time serving on several educational and civic boards that strengthen communities through citizens’ engagement.
