Luke is a Senior Consultant for Bridge Innovate, specializing in marketing and communications strategies that are driven by customer insights and powered by technology. With a strong background in marketing automation, productivity software, and CX (Customer Experience), Luke leverages his expertise to drive innovation and enhance customer experiences. As an experienced communications specialist, he designs content strategies and brings initiatives to life through written narratives, web and video production, email marketing, webinars, podcasts, and social media.

At Bridge Innovate, Luke has successfully facilitated Customer Journey mapping exercises for Shaw Industries, led Innovation Sprints exercises for Morehouse College Innovation & Entrepreneurship Center, supported growth strategies for Kenco Group and Unum, participated in the launch of United Way’s Hub for Social Innovation, and produced Technology Innovation Sprints for BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee. His leadership of Bridge Innovate's "Innovation for Good" initiative engaged nearly 1000 students globally in virtual design challenges. Additionally, Luke has orchestrated over 40 leadership webinar sessions, drawing over 1000 participants from 17 countries to foster leadership in innovation and change across various sectors.

Luke has earned certifications in Design Thinking and has been instrumental in coordinating and marketing numerous innovation sprints, webinars, and the Bright Spark® student innovation program. He holds a PMP certification from PMI, is certified in Lean Tools & Essentials, and Remote Design Sprint Essentials by Sprintbase. He is adept at conducting remote design sprints and has expertise in ExperienceInnovation Aware, ExperienceChange, and Foresight Scouts methodology. Moreover, Luke is a Webflow-expert-certified web designer and is certified in HubSpot Marketing Automation Software.

Luke previously served as the Marketing Manager at the Delaware Valley Industrial Resource Center (DVIRC), where he maintained the DVIRC brand, coordinated campaigns, developed content, and spearheaded new product and service development. While at the DVIRC he led significant website improvements, social media strategies, and marketing technology implementation, resulting in a 190% increase in marketing-influenced revenue.

He also worked as a Production & Analytics Specialist at Roundtree Marketing Agency, where he conducted market research, led digital advertising efforts, and produced original content, including podcasts and blog articles.

Additionally, Luke serves as a Digital Marketing Consultant for the Climate Museum in NYC, driving over 900 volunteer inquiries through digital ads over the past 3 years. He also coordinated the 2018 CHAgives campaign in Chattanooga, TN, raising over $685,000 for the city's nonprofit community on #GivingTuesday.

Luke holds a bachelor’s degree in History from Covenant College. He enjoys rock climbing and exploring local history. He currently resides in South Philadelphia with his wife, Madelyn, and their dog, Freddy.
