Kristin serves as a Transformation & Change Leader with Bridge Innovate. Since 1995, she has worked with clients as a consultant, specializing in solutions for strategic organizational issues. Kristin provides organizational change management leadership to large scale transformation and innovation projects. Her areas of expertise within OCM include executive alignment, stakeholder management, communications, and leadership development. Kristin also leads business simulations and executive education programs in strategy execution, organizational leadership, and innovation.

Past clients include The Genuine Parts Company, Nyrstar Tennessee Mines, The Coca-Cola Company, SunTrust, The Centers for Disease Control, AT&T / Cingular Wireless, Eli Lilly, and Unum.

In addition to her consulting work, Kristin is also a skilled Graphic Recorder and Facilitator, and leads our talented team of visual artists within the Bridge Innovate network.

Kristin holds an M.B.A. in Strategic Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She is a published author and enjoys volunteering as a board member for a rescue group that specializes in finding homes for dachshunds.
