Kevin brings 15+ years of professional experience working in higher education, non-profits, and community organizations. As a proactive educator and trusted consultant, he finds deep satisfaction helping college students discern their vocational calling to advising industry leaders on leadership development, change management, and agile operations.

Kevin has led academic programs and innovative research models at colleges with over $180M annual operational budgets. He teaches graduate and undergraduate courses on Leadership Development, Professional Performance, Data and Assessment, Research Methods, and Competitive Environments. As a passionate change agent and industry disruptor, Kevin seeks to serve clients with strategic business design, advanced technology such as generative AI, and trust-based team engagement. Having advised executive leaders and educators at 68 universities and non-profits, Kevin is driven by the power of human collaboration, data-informed strategic planning, and implementation plans with clearly defined benchmarks.

Presently, Kevin leads the Office of Undergraduate Research and TRIO McNair Scholars Program at Lee University. His community investments are with the United Way of Ocoee Region, Cleveland/Bradley Chamber of Commerce, Appalachian College Association, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and World Relief.
