Jeff applies his 25+ years of experience in leading results-oriented portfolio improvement efforts for global companies such as Lockheed Martin, NCR, and North American Breweries. As a Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, he helps identify strategic opportunities and develop and implement solutions to improve operations and save costs in the millions.
Jeff has experience creating lasting change at multiple levels, from shop floor to executive in both union and non-union environments. His impact with customers is significant, ranging in delivering annual savings from $27MM to $2M in just a few years. He is particularly proud of an award winning turn around that delivered 9.1x increased valuation in 4 years.
In addition to consulting on operational improvement and strategy design, Jeff also has a depth of experience in training almost 1,500 new Six Sigma Green Belts, Black Belts, and Champions to launch operational improvement in their organizations. His consulting work is customized based on the needs of the company, bringing a breadth of strategy, operational improvement, inventory management, and leadership team development.
