ExperienceInnovation Learn Open Enrollment

Design-driven companies outperform the rest of the S&P Index by 211%, according to the Design Value Index. Creating a design-driven culture means putting customers at the heart of everything you do.

ExperienceInnovation™ Learn is a half-day simulation experience where participants form teams to explore a business challenge and apply the skills of design thinking to create innovative solutions aligned to user needs. During the simulation, participants learn how to frame the right question and apply empathy-based analysis tools to form unique user insights. Participants apply the creative tools of brainstorming, prototyping, and testing to refine their human-centered solutions.

This interactive learning experience utilizes the ExperienceInnovation™ Learn Noble Tree simulation. Noble Tree is a chain of 51 hotels and resorts in 14 countries. Business travelers contribute to 70% of Noble Tree’s profits. The hotel industry worldwide suffered a direct loss of nearly $2.7B last year primarily due to the surge in home-share services. Teams compete to form innovative solutions to retain and grow customers for Noble Tree.

Be a catalyst for launching a human centered design-driven culture in your organization!
