Stories from the Field: Innovation Using Sprintbase™

Created by the experienced design thinking practitioners at Treehouse Innovation, Sprintbase™ helps organizations of any size to drive continuous innovation and build design thinking capability at scale.

We sat down with Adam Billing, founder of Sprintbase to discuss case studies, highlights, and new features from Sprintbase.

Sprintbase provides remote teams with all the tools, templates, structure and guidance that they will need to collaborate on a design thinking project. Sprintbase takes teams on a 6-week journey beginning with field research and ending with implementation.

One exciting new addition from Sprintbase is their team analytics feature.

This will give a snapshot of the overall activity level of the team as a whole, but also some insight into how each individual team member is performing across key behaviors such as curiosity, creativity, collaboration, and others.

These metrics are all measured on a composite of activity that happens inside the system, taking into account comments, feedback, and collaboration. They encourage team members to stay involved and to build on each other’s ideas.

When teams go remote, the individual performance measurements have proven to be helpful in maintaining healthy team dynamics by keeping individual accountability to the team’s goal.
