Theresa Garcia is a consultant at Bridge Innovate, where she applies her 25+ years of experience working with Fortune 50 organizations as an Organization Design Strategist and an ICF–Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Theresa advises senior executives around the globe to restructure their organizational operating model, structures, and management practices to best fit their business archetype. Theresa’s clients span multiple industries including aerospace, defense, manufacturing, professional services, healthcare, finance, government, and education, and many are engaged in start-up, expansion, mergers, and joint venture.

Theresa combines entrepreneurial curiosity with expertise in Organization Design and Transformation Change, Applied Neuroscience and Cognitive Behavioral Science, and Human Resources and Management Consulting to help leaders to reposition, scale, or restructure business operations while creating engaging and inspiring work environments. Theresa has gained her experience working for and with organizations such as The Boeing Company, Ernst & Young Cap Gemini Global Consulting (CGEY), Gaylord Container Corporation (now known as Weyerhaeuser), and Hughes Aircraft Company (now known as Raytheon).

In addition to her work with Bridge Innovate, Theresa is Principal of Trust, Leadership & Growth LLC (TL&G), a certified Woman-owned Business Enterprise (WBE) in Phoenix, Arizona. TL&G provides consulting in organizational design, strategic planning, facilitation, and coaching for executives and leadership teams.

Theresa holds a Master of Science in Organization Development and post-graduate Executive Certificate in Applied NeuroLeadership from Pepperdine University. In addition, she holds an Executive Certificate in Transformational Leadership from Georgetown University, a Master of Arts in Human Resources, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona. Theresa is a certified Master Facilitator and is a Certified Coach in several validated assessments including Birkman, Harrison, Hogan, Insights Discovery, MBTI, DISC and the 360 assessments. She resides in Arizona.
